MyHealth® Women's Education

The prenatal health of women and children is of utmost importance. ClearPoint Instruction™, in conjunction with several OB/GYN physicians, has produced several patient-centered products for pregnant women to educate them about their prenatal health. These can be purchased with our generic logo or a commercial sponsor, health insurance provider, pharmaceutical company, or Department of Health can provide funding to have their logo and contact information placed. They are available in both English and Spanish.

The purpose of these products is to:

• Provide women with a clear picture of their complete pregnancy in a convenient, easy-to-use format.
  
• Remind women about medical tests that are necessary to monitor and help ensure a healthy pregnancy.
  
• Inform women about self-healthcare practices during pregnancy.
  
• Provide women and their families with prenatal information and encourage them to ask questions when they visit their OB/GYN physicians.

ReadyPatient™ Preparedness Education

	The ReadyPatient™ line of products helps patients prepare for hospitalization, both in-patient and out-patient, and the post-surgical and physical therapy process. In addition, working with several physical therapists, ClearPoint Instruction™ has produced a series of patient-centered, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Education products in both English and Spanish.

They can be modified according to the names, logos, and needs of any physical therapy or healthcare facility.

In-Patient Surgery DVD	Out-Patient Surgery DVD

ClearPoint Instruction™, in conjunction with hospital staff and administrators, has produced educational products for in-patient and out-patient surgical patients. They can be modified according to the names, logos, and needs of any hospital or
healthcare facility.

These patient-centered products are available in English and Spanish and are intended to:

• Provide patients with supplemental information about the general instructions to prepare for surgery.
  
• Increase patient safety by providing patients with information that they, their families, and caregivers can review at
